The mark consists of an imprint depicting a quadrilateral label divided into four parts of equal size, of which the lower left contains the wording ALGA in fancy block capital letters, surmounted by a stylized drawing of a seaweed, while the lower right part contains the wording SPECIAL, also in fancy block capital letters, whose upper part shows a drawing of some roots which propagate in the upper right part into two leaves; finally, the upper left part portrays a wave surrounded by some small circles which represent the splashes formed by the wave in the act of crashing.
