Trade and service mark, for which application is filed, is a combined mark, which consists of a combination of words "PREMIORRI", "ViaMaGGiore", "Plus", single letter "Z" and figurative element. The word PREMIORRI is dominant in the designation; it derives from the English "premier" - "the first". Word ending "orri" is used for consonance of the word. "ViaMaGGiore" is translated from Italian as follows: "Via" as "road, traffic", "MaGGiore" as "chief, superior", i.e. "the chief of the road".
