The mark consists of a ring and a tree: the tree is located in the middle of the ring; the leafy tree top is located behind the contour ring; the tree trunk is curved and divided into two parts - there are two hands on the upper and lower parts - the left hand holds the lower part of the tree trunk and is located behind the ring, the right hand holds the upper part of the tree trunk and is located in front of the ring; the ring contains two straight lines that intersect in the center of the ring, the straight lines symbolize the K-wires of the external fixation device, and the ring symbolizes the external fixation device support, on which the K-wires are fixed; the straight lines are shown intersecting through the tree trunk; on the bottom part of the ring, is the inscription «ILIZAROV CENTER» and on the outer bottom part is the inscription "DIRECTING THE FORCE OF NATURE".
