The mark consists of the word “Ouzo” on the first line in black and gold stylized script wherein the top of the capital letter “O” is incomplete and loops around in a gold swirl design that forms an infinity symbol, the swirls of which cross through the lower case letters “u” and “z”; the bottom line of the letter “z” stretches under the lower case letter “o”; the lower case letter “o” is also incomplete and has a gold swirl design that loops under itself and up over the ending above the letter “u”; beneath that is the word “GOLD” in capital letters on one line in a gold stylized font, and beneath that is the word “PREMIUM”, also in capital letters and a gold stylized font; there is a blank white space beneath the word “PREMIUM”; beneath the blank white space there is a stylized light blue, gold, and white circle design with a gold number “7” in a stylized font inside the white portion of the inner part of the circle; the outer part of the circle design is comprised of gold Greek key pattern designs on a light blue background; beneath that on the first line are Greek alphabet characters that form the word “THRAKIOTIKO”, which means “THRACIAN” in English in gold font; to the right of the gold swirl design is the word “THRACIAN” in gold font; on the second line is the word “epta” in a black and gold stylized font, wherein the bottom of the letter “p” forms a gold swirl that loops around and partially through the letter “a” in “epta” and loops into an incomplete infinity symbol; the English translation of the word “epta” is “seven”; beneath that on the third line is the abbreviated word “Est.” in a gold stylized font, where the letter “E” is capital and the letters “s” and Ύ are lower case and superscript to the letter “E”; there is a gold line underneath the letters “s” and T; the period of the word “Est.” is formed by a gold diamond design; to the right of the word “Est.” is the year 1893, also in a gold stylized font.
