The trademark consists of a rectangular surface, the longer side of which is vertical and which is divided into a right lighter part and a left darker part in any colouring or shade of grey by a warped line from the right upper corner to the left lower corner, which is curved in the upper part to the right side and in the lower part to the left side, whereby a shadow follows this line; in the darker part a lighter patch creates the impression of a curvature; the "Kotànyi" logo is placed at that point of the line, where the concave bend changes into a convex bend.
