The mark consists of the stylized image of a Russian spelling of the company name written in latin letters "DNEPROSHINA"; each letter of the mark has the same style and consists of thickened sections with roundings except the letter "S", the ends of which are drawn as horizontal, mutually parallel lines (the ends are sections made by parallel planes); each letter is bounded by black lines so that the middle of the letter is not black (i.e. blackened); the applicant claims that the major representing elements of the mark are the word "DNEPROSHINA" and the letter "S" of the word which has distinguishing features; all the letters are united by the united sense of the word "DNESPROSHINA; that is, the mark means the united production activity of the company; thus, the letters of the word "DNEPROSHINA" may be considered as the totality of connected elements of the mark which is offered for registration as the mark for goods and services; all the combined elements are made on a plane background.
