The mark constitutes a design of the packaging in deep red color at the top changing through dark pink and pale pink right up to a white color at the bottom; at the top of the center part of the trademark there is a rectangular strip in a dark pink color with the following designations placed herein: a logo of the firm "MIESZKO", inscription "CHERRISSIMO" and the inscription in Polish "WISNIE W LIKIERZE" and in English "CHERRIES IN LIQUEUR"; each of the above inscriptions are placed in different and characteristic types in gold or white color; below the inscription, at the bottom part of the center of the mark there is a picture of the glass filled with liquid and a cherry; on one side of the glass there is a picture of cherries, and on the other side of the glass there is a picture of a cherry and chocolates in packagings and without packagings.
